King and Queen
4x4 Coed Volleyball Tournament


Due to size constraints we are limiting participation to 48 coed teams. We require pre-registration of all coed couples. The deadline for team registration is August 1, 2009. First come, first served! MUST BE COMMITTED TO PLAY ALL DAY! Completed registration, accompanied by check guarantees entry. Incomplete entries are placed on standby.

Tournament Date: Saturday, August 8, 2009 rain or shine
8:30 a.m. Captain's meeting
Play begins at 9:00 a.m.
Price:

$40.00 per couple, in advance.
Gold, Silver, Bronze Divisions for Finals!

Food Available: We will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, condiments, and water. Please bring a dish to share.
Proceeds will benefit Juvenile Diabetes and the Volleyball World Sand Fund! Please make checks payable to Mike Houghton and mail check and registration form to Mike Houghton at the above address.
